TSAE Honors Making a Difference Community Service Award Winner

Renita Fonseca, CMP, Executive Director, Texas Radiological Society, was honored on as the 2017 “Making a Difference Community Service Award Winner” on December 14 at the TSAE Celebration Luncheon. Renita was honored for her contributions to assist those affected by Hurricane Harvey. Using her meeting planning experience, she put in 14-hour days as a Red Cross volunteer at the Austin evacuee shelter, quickly being promoted to Assistant Shelter Food Manager within hours of her arrival. The award honors a member making significant contributions to their community through their time, actions, talents and dedication.
