Celebrating Their Service – Outgoing TSAE Board Members

Paulina concludes five years of service on the TSAE Board of Directors, culminating in her leadership as Chair and Immediate Past Chair. Throughout her tenure, she played a pivotal role in one of the most significant governance initiatives in TSAE’s history by leading the Governance Review Task Force. Through extensive interviews with past and current leaders, the task force developed recommendations that modernized TSAE’s governance structure, including the creation of the Board Development Officer, Finance Officer, and Foresight Officer positions. These governance enhancements have received national attention and have served as a model for other organizations. Paulina also reimagined the TSAE Board Service Agreement, creating a comprehensive annual commitment that reinforces the responsibilities and expectations of board service. Her thoughtful leadership has left a lasting impact on TSAE’s future.

Amy joined the TSAE Board of Directors in 2023 and quickly became an important contributor to the association’s strategic planning efforts. She served on the strategic initiative team focused on empowering innovation through thoughtful risk-taking, helping identify opportunities for TSAE to lead the association community while embracing new ideas and approaches. Amy also played an active role in developing TSAE’s 2025-2028 Strategic Plan, helping to shape the priorities that continue to guide the association today.

Lucinda joined the TSAE Board of Directors in 2025 after filling a board vacancy, bringing with her nearly three decades of involvement with TSAE. Although her board service was brief, she immediately became an engaged and valued contributor, participating in discussions that helped finalize TSAE’s 2025-2028 Strategic Plan. Her thoughtful perspective and longstanding commitment to the association community made an immediate impact.

Kanice brought energy and a member-first perspective throughout her service on the TSAE Board of Directors. During her first year on the board, she led the strategic initiative focused on understanding member needs to create greater value and drive membership growth. Her work helped explore how TSAE can best serve an increasingly diverse and evolving membership. Kanice also contributed to the development of TSAE’s 2025-2028 Strategic Plan, helping establish the strategic direction that will guide the association in the years ahead.
