Book one year at the resort, and your association will receive:

• Credit for Pre/Post Stays – we are eager to collaborate with you to develop a pre/post-stay extension strategy
• A rooms re-sell clause
• Flexible attrition: 10% one year prior to arrival, and 10% at cutoff date
• On-site vendor entertainment opportunities to get in front of attendees, such as sponsoring a fun Margaritaville-inspired team building activity led by our dedicated Recreation Director
• $10 per room night rebate to Master to be used against Association expenses
• Customized menus for Association hospitality suites and receptions

Book two years at the resort, and your association will receive everything from year one PLUS:

• We’ll extend the same guest suite rate up to 2 years out
• Comp 1 per 40 guest suites
